To get a quick answer
- Include your order code. It starts with CYF- and you’ll find it in your order emails.
- Problem with your book? Attach a photo of it. If the book arrived wrong, faulty or damaged, we’ll reprint and resend it free.
- Please don’t email us your photos. Upload them on the website, where they’re kept private. We’ll never ask you to send photos by email.
Before you write
Our FAQ covers most things, including delivery times, the Christmas last order date and deleting your photos. You can check your order’s progress from the private link in your order email.
Privacy requests
To see the personal data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email our data protection lead, Harry Gardiner, from the address you ordered with. Details are in our privacy policy.
Complaints
If something isn’t right, email us with your order code and we’ll put it right. Our terms of sale explain how we handle complaints.
