When is Mother’s Day 2027?

Mother’s Day 2027 in the UK is Sunday 7 March 2027.

In the UK, Mother’s Day is Mothering Sunday, which falls three weeks before Easter Sunday, so the date changes every year. It is not the same day as Mother’s Day in the USA, Canada and Australia, which is in May. If you are ordering for a mum abroad, check her local date (and remember we deliver to UK addresses only).

Making it with the children

Let the children do the choosing and it becomes their present to Mum, not just a parcel.

    Scroll through the camera roll with the children and let them choose: Mum at the park, a messy baking day, the holiday everyone still talks about.

  2. Let them name it

    The children choose the cover title (“Mummy and Me”, “Our Amazing Mum”) and you can add their words as a dedication.

  3. Colour it with Mum

    On the day, the best part is colouring together. The children could colour one page in secret beforehand as a surprise.

What else is in the book besides the colouring pages?

Besides a colouring page for every photo, your book has a personalised cover, a dedication page with tips for using it, a colour-reference page, a “Draw your own family” page and a felt-tip guard. In order:

  • a 300gsm card cover with your chosen title, such as “The Patels in Colour”
  • a dedication page on 300gsm card, with your message if you add one and tips on how to use the book
  • your colouring pages, one for each photo
  • a colour-reference page showing small versions of your original photos, so children can match real colours
  • a “Draw your own family” page
  • a bonus “Our family tree” page, only when your photos leave room for it (see below)
  • a felt-tip guard on 300gsm card at the back: cut it out and slip it behind the page you’re colouring

If you upload an odd number of photos (9, 11, 13, 15, 17 or 19), your book also gets a bonus “Our family tree” page to fill in together. With an even number of photos it isn’t included, because your pages fill the book exactly.
